The product is very good but the customer service of this company is a zero. I had to email them so many times just to get the product delivered. I never got a response but a tracking number days later. Once it shipped it was short one piece and I have emailed again many times...again no response to this day. I had to dispute the charge on my Visa. Who has time for this nonsense. For this reason you need to be careful if you decide to deal with a company who refused to respond to emails. Terrible customer service, the worst I've ever had.

After 15 years of attempting to grow grass in a small area in our backyard, we decided to go with artificial turf. After reading and researching we selected Artificial Grass Supply being a local Ontario business and having the best prices. We ordered the LuxeLawn Pro and it arrived with 3 business days. Reps were excellent in responding to my questions. While I thought I read all there was to know to install artificial grass, I missed the obvious fact there is a “nape” that makes the grass look different depending on the direction it is laid. Tip: be sure to lay it and turn it to different orientations so it has the look you want from different angles. Joining seams worked really well and are barely noticeable, only if you were knowing where to look. I hope to do about 350 sqft in our front yard next and be done with the weeds completely. Our foster dog couldn’t wait to stretch out on it!
